Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Modelling:- Dive deep into large and complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and golden nuggets of insight.
- Craft and deploy statistical models and machine learning algorithms that crack business problems wide open.
- Conduct hypothesis testing and A/B experiments to validate your findings like a master.
- Extract, clean, and preprocess data from a variety of sources, ensuring
- notch data quality and consistency. - Build and maintain datasets and data pipelines that are as smooth as a
- oiled machine. - Team up with data engineers to optimize data storage and retrieval processes for peak efficiency.
- Partner with stakeholders to grasp business objectives and data requirements with
- like precision. - Turn complex analytical findings into actionable business recommendations that hit the mark.
- Present insights and results to
- technical audiences with visualizations and reports that make the data dance.
- Harness the power of statistical and machine learning tools (e. G. , R, Python, SAS) to analyze data like a wizard.
- Use data visualization tools (e. G. , Grafana, Matplotlib, notebooks) to communicate your findings with flair.
- Tap into big data technologies (e. G. , Hadoop, Spark) for
- scale data processing that packs a punch. - Stay on the cutting edge of data science, machine learning, and related fields to keep your skills
- sharp. - Experiment with new tools, techniques, and methodologies to keep pushing the envelope of data science capabilities.
Requirements
- Hold a BSc, MSc, or Ph
D in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physics. - 4+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
- Proven experience with statistical analysis and machine learning, ideally with tabular and
- series data. - Proficiency in programming languages, mainly Python and SQL. Knowledge about OOP, Unix and Git is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization and dashboarding tools (e. G. , Grafana, Power
BI). - Knowledge of concepts and techniques in NLP (Natural Language Processing) is a plus.
- Understanding of big data frameworks and tools (e. G. , Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent
