About The Role
- Our Development & Data Factory team is integrated in the Digital Technology (DT) department.
- As a Data Scientist, you will ensure the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of the organization's
- driven
- making processes. - You will be accountable for:
- Developing predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business challenges.
- Extracting actionable insights from complex datasets to drive
- driven
- making. - Collaborating with
- functional teams to identify business problems that can be addressed through data science. - Designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable data workflows for analysis.
- Visualizing and presenting data findings using advanced tools to provide business value.
- Driving innovation by exploring and applying artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques.
- Ensuring data quality, integrity, and security during the analysis process.
- Monitoring model performance and updating them to maintain accuracy and relevance.
- We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid working mode.
About You
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a comparable field.
- Relevant work experience in Data Science or Advanced Analytics.
- Competencies:
- Expert in developing and deploying predictive models and algorithms to extract business intelligence from large, complex datasets.
- Deep knowledge of statistical and mathematical techniques for data analysis, including regression, classification, and clustering methods.
- Extensive expertise in programming languages such as Python or R, with proficiency in data science libraries like Pandas, Num
Py, Tensor
Flow, or Scikit-learn. - Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib) to communicate insights effectively.
- Experienced in working with structured and unstructured data from diverse sources, including databases, APIs, and big data platforms.
- Proficient in collaborating with
- functional teams to define
- driven solutions aligned with business goals, ensuring steady quality assurance & management. - Behaviors:

About The Pay And Benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the primary country (Portugal) base pay reasonably expected for this role is euros to euros, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
