Role Mission
Your mission is to leverage data science expertise to build, implement, and optimize ML and Gen
AI models that drive measurable business impact. You will explore new methods for analyzing large datasets, maintain production‑level code, and build compelling visualizations to communicate findings. Working with Data Engineering and internal teams, you will ensure smooth integration of ML pipelines. You will also improve model performance and find opportunities to expand
- driven solutions across markets and use cases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspire data scientists in the team, encouraging team building and implementing guidelines throughout projects.
- Develop and oversee sophisticated Gen
AI, deep/machine learning models and statistical algorithms, deploying novel solutions and efficiently retrieving data for robust model building. - Work collaboratively with the Data Engineering team, seamlessly deploying and integrating Machine Learning (ML) algorithms to improve overall functionality.
- Exhibit coding prowess by developing, commenting, maintaining, and sharing legible and
- level programming code, ensuring transparency and reliability. - Explore new ML methods for the streamlined analysis of large datasets.
- Build compelling data visualizations, meticulously detailing and communicating findings to internal collaborators in a structured and impactful manner.
- Drive the delivery of effective solutions by advising internal collaborators, solving critical business questions, and providing business recommendations from a Data Science perspective.
- Take full responsibility for key projects, consistently raising the performance bar and ensuring the highest standards of excellence.
- Identify and harness opportunities for applying data science to improve, optimize, and expand existing solutions.
- Model finetuning, adjustments and enhancement of current ML/LLMOps pipelines, improvement of current model output quality. This is in application to current markets, but also new markets and/or use cases.
Key Capabilities
Your background will ideally look like this…
- Academic background (Bachelor’s, Master’s or Ph
D Degree) in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or equivalent fields; - Business proficiency in English (B2 Level Minimum Required);
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in ML or AI modelling or Data Science roles;
- Experience with the

- end Data Science cycle: from data collection to model deployment and monitoring; - Proven experience with NLP models (LLM or Deep Learning).
- Strong data exploratory skills – understand how to break down the data, extract insights, and determine utility within a broad range of business questions.
- Strong knowledge of commonly used ML/Optimization techniques (Classification, Regression, Clustering, Outlier identification) and statistical methodologies (Distributions, Hypothesis testing, Bayesian framework);
- Consolidated professional programming experience in Python, as well as with Spark and SQL, coupled with adeptness in applying prevalent Data Science and Machine Learning libraries.
- Experience working within Agile Frameworks (SCRUM/KABAN).
