Randstad is recruiting a Data Scientist, for direct integration, in a
- up company that develops a
- code Artificial Intelligence platform that simplifies the integration of AI for companies. They have offices in Braga and Lisbon. The work is hybrid in one of these locations 1 day / week or month. Responsibilities
Development and implementation of advanced analytical models and machine learning algorithms. Processing, cleansing, and verifying the integrity of data used for analysis
Undertaking the
- processing of structured and unstructured data
Selecting features, building, and optimizing models using machine learning techniques
Correlating disparate data
Ability to build/amend Python APIs and
- learning algorithms to support and deliver solutions
Qualifications2 years minimum of work experience;Master’s degree in a science field (informatics engineering, computer science, mathematics, biomedical engineering, physics engineering, etc. );Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and concepts such as convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, transformer architectures, decision trees, boosting;Good programming knowledge in Python and its math & machine learning packages such as numpy,
- learn, pandas/dask, tensorflow/keras, pytorch, etc
Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in a real production environment;Experience with Large Language Models and Generative AI is valued;Experience with No
SQL, Rabbit
MQ and Docker is also valued;Git versioning control;Proficient English.
