Data Scientist – ML Engineer ?

? What You’ll Do

? Design and deploy machine learning models and tailored AI solutions

? Fine-tune and extend Large Language Models (LLMs), including
- source and commercial models

? Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques for efficient AI solutions

? Develop Generative AI models for content creation, automation, and innovation

? Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering

? Apply traditional ML methods (decision trees, SVMs, neural networks, clustering)

? Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders

? Ensure high-quality AI solutions through rigorous testing and validation

? Document and share technical knowledge for reproducibility

? What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or similar

✔ 3+ years’
- on experience in ML/AI development

✔ Expertise in Generative AI (model training,
- tuning, deployment)

✔ Experience with LLMs, both
- source and commercial

✔ Proficiency in RAG techniques and vector databases

✔ Advanced programming in Python (Tensor
Flow, Py
Torch, Hugging Face)

✔ Strong background in NLP and traditional ML methods

✔ Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

✔ Knowledge of MLOps tools & practices

✔ Fluency in English — willingness to learn French

✨ Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with RLHF, prompt engineering, ethical AI, model interpretability
