AI Strategy & Implementation

• Develop and execute an AI roadmap aligned with firm objectives in immigration and real estate law.
• Identify

• Stay current with
  - edge AI developments and assess their applicability to legal services.

Department Empowerment & Enablement

• Partner with legal teams to implement AI-powered document analysis and contract review tools.
• Collaborate with operations to create predictive models for case timelines and resource allocation.
• Work with finance to develop forecasting models and anomaly detection systems.
• Support HR in implementing AI-driven talent analytics and recruitment optimization.
• Enable marketing with client segmentation and predictive analytics capabilities.

Data Infrastructure & Governance

• Design and implement data architecture that supports
  - time analytics and AI applications.
• Establish data governance frameworks ensuring compliance with legal industry regulations.
• Create data pipelines that integrate internal systems with external data sources.
• Develop data quality monitoring and improvement processes.

Domain-Specific AI Solutions

• Build NLP models to analyze immigration case law and predict application outcomes.
• Develop computer vision solutions for document verification in real estate transactions.
• Create recommendation engines for legal strategy based on historical case data.
• Implement multilingual text analytics to serve diverse immigration clientele.
• Design anomaly detection systems for compliance and risk management.

Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Develop interactive dashboards providing

• Create predictive models for client acquisition, retention, and lifetime value.

#ABOUTYOU

• Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Ph
  D preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in data science or machine learning roles.
• Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in business contexts.
• Experience working with unstructured data and text analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (Tensor
  Flow, Py
  Torch,
  - learn).
• Expertise in NLP techniques and libraries (spa
  Cy, NLTK, Transformers).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI services.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Understanding of MLOps practices and model deployment.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts to

• Experience with compliance and regulatory requirements in data handling.
