You Are:

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Execute Internal Audit (IA) data science and analytics projects, including risk assessment, audit execution, and special projects.
• Partner with IA team members to identify questions and issues for data analytics and experiments across various projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and partners to design and deliver projects from start to finish.
• Develop proofs of concept across processes and datasets.
• Design and implement scripts to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple sources, applying statistical analytics and machine learning where appropriate.
• Create visualizations and dashboards to communicate data insights and predictions.
• Contribute to the improvement of team data science standards and processes.
• Present and explain your findings to stakeholders clearly.
• Continuously develop technical and professional skills.
• Mentor junior team members, analysts, and audit staff.

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years applying statistical modeling, machine learning, and NLP to business problems.
• Experience building predictive models with R or Python.
• Skill in manipulating large datasets using R, Python, or SQL.
• Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power
  BI, ggplot.
• Experience with LLMs/AI agents is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts.
• Experience with version control systems like Git (Git
  Lab/Git
  Hub) preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP and Salesforce is a plus.
