Data Scientist Team Lead

Location

Hybrid, Lisbon, Portugal

Required Skills

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• More than 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
• Proven experience managing teams in this area.
• Proven experience developing Generative AI solutions, including transformers, embeddings, and prompt engineering.
• Strong command of traditional Machine Learning techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Fluency in Python and libraries such as Num
  Py, pandas, scikit‑learn, matplotlib, seaborn.
• Experience with Py
  Spark and handling large volumes of data.
• Practical knowledge of MLOps: model versioning, experiment tracking (e. g. , MLflow), deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience in cloud environments (Azure Machine Learning, Data Factory; Google Vertex AI, Big
  Query; AWS Sage
  Maker, S3).
