We are currently looking for an experienced Data Security Project Manager to reinforce an international cybersecurity team, with a strong focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) project rollout, stakeholder coordination and
- level data protection initiatives across multiple entities.

Location: Lisbon or Porto (hybrid role)

Key Responsibilities

DLP Project Management & Rollout

  • Ensure the
    -
    - end rollout of DLP projects, including technical implementation and communication activities.
  • Plan, coordinate and manage the different phases of the DLP project across the Group.
  • Coordinate actions between central teams, local entities and multiple stakeholders.
  • Act as the main point of contact for DLP platforms, CISOs and DPOs.

Stakeholder Coordination & Business Integration

  • Integrate business stakeholders throughout all project phases (needs definition, validation and deployment).
  • Ensure effective governance through committees, working groups and structured communication channels.
  • Support DLP teams in understanding Group DLP requirements and their implementation.
  • Be a force of proposal to reinforce and improve existing DLP controls or propose new measures.

Communication, Reporting & Monitoring

  • Communicate DLP project status through committees, Share
    Point, emails and other channels.
  • Ensure delivery of all project documentation, including procedures,
    - user communications and support knowledge base.
  • Set up indicators and dashboards to monitor DLP deployment, coverage and progress.
  • Report on the deployment of DLP controls across the Group.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience in data security and DLP-related initiatives.
  • General knowledge of IT systems, IT security processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Good understanding of technical and application architecture principles.
  • Ability to understand data, IT systems and cybersecurity risks and apply security and data management principles to regulatory requirements.
  • Experience with project planning, coordination and delivery in complex, international environments.
  • Knowledge of development and process automation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI for monitoring and reporting purposes.

Soft Skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
  • Clear and structured oral and written communication.
  • Ability to work autonomously in complex and regulated environments.
  • Strong organisational skills, rigor and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable leading committees, coordination meetings and
    - functional discussions.
