Responsibilities

We are looking for a Data Product Manager (Data Solution Architect) to lead the design & implementation of a Saint-Gobain consolidated reporting on the Sales volumes. To do so multiple governed data sources will have to be identified, sourced, consolidated. To do so multiple governed data sources will have to be identified, sourced, consolidated.

This position will be attached to the Group Digital & IT - Data & Analytics department - Data as a service Team.

This project is sponsored by the Group Operations Direction.

The interlocutors will be worldwide and will involve Sales experts in businesses, central & local Digital IT teams, sponsors.

• Produce & lead Project planning
• Understand business ambition, stakes & goals
• Organize & lead workshops with business
• Organize Data-as-a-Service contributors (Technical Architect, Data & BI Engineers)
• Organize regular communication / minutes sharing to Business and contributors
• Specify & document the logical Datasets in the Data Catalog tool Collibra based on Saint-Gobain framework of Saint-Gobain,
• Execute mapping between logical datasets and physical implemented datasets in Data Catalog,
• Identify and document the Business Process using and producing the datasets
• Identify and document Role & Responsibilities in the Data Catalog
• Identify and document business rules in the Data Catalog

The product manager need to work in relation with Saint-Gobain Data Governance team to ensure compliance with standards.

Requeriments :

• Strong communication skill with C-level leadership in English & French (written & spoken)
• Business and IT process analysis
• Experienced in the field of data, analytics and BI with knowledge of platforms, tools, applied methods (e. G. Agile, code review, CI/CD)
• Familiar with Data Governance, Masterdata Management, Data Architecture principles
• Knowledge of ERP (SAP), Sales & Finance domains
• Efficient organization with clear plan, communication strategy and
  - quality oral and visual presentation of deliverables
• Customer centric (conducting customer interviews, short and conscise response time)
