Data Solutions Architect (Freelance)
At E-Frontiers we're on the lookout for a Senior Solutions Architect to join a growing consultancy company based in several European regions, with heardquarters in Ireland. Responsibilities:
Own the
-
- end technology delivery of Data & Analytics products and services within the Franchise programme, ensuring effective collaboration across product, project, programme teams, and delivery partners.
Gather and assess data and reporting requirements across streams, evaluating their impact on existing solutions.
Identify, validate, and consolidate Franchise requirements enabled by Data & Analytics products and services.
Define solution architecture, data models, integration, and ETL requirements; oversee implementation and validation in partnership with Technology Leads to ensure business needs are met.
Prepare and present solution blueprints, KDDs, and architecture documentation to relevant Design Authorities.
Ensure Franchise data deliverables align with IT objectives, architecture guardrails, and enterprise principles.
Monitor adherence to IT quality standards and agile delivery practices across projects.
Collaborate with Architecture, Franchise, Data and Analytics Practices, and Portfolio Performance Management to
- develop delivery plans, including capacity management.
Proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, and change, escalating to Programme Teams as needed and defining mitigation strategies.
Plan and recommend allocation of technical resources based on programme and project priorities.
Resolve issues in partnership with stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum.
Drive stakeholder engagement and adoption of Data & Analytics products and services across the Franchise programme.
Coordinate between project teams and impacted business units to ensure alignment.
Support consistent benefits tracking, reporting, and presentation to stakeholders.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Operations Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Analytics, or Management/Business Information Systems (or related field).
10+ years of proven experience in data and analytics, including demonstrated team management and leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of
- scale data and analytics technologies, trends, and best practices.
Experience applying quantitative and qualitative analysis, leveraging visualisation and analytics techniques to address defined business challenges.
Solid project management expertise, with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders, setting priorities, and delegating effectively.
What we offer:
Contract position - long term assignment
Daily rate: 240€
Full remote anywhere in Portugal
