What will you do?

• Design
  -
  - end Data, Analytics and AI solutions aligned with business requirements;
• Model complex data structures using normalized, denormalized, star schema and other patterns;
• Define and document reference data architectures and governance blueprints;
• Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure solution scalability, performance and security;
• Perform data observability assessments and define operational health indicators;
• Support process analysis, reporting, and continuous improvements on Celonis platform;
• Deliver
  - quality Solution Design documentation in Confluence.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Software or Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
• Up to 15 years of experience as a Data Solution Architect or similar role;
• Strong expertise in Data Architecture, Analytics, AI, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud);
• Solid knowledge of databases, datalakes/lakehouses, and No
  SQL storage;
• Proven experience with metadata management, data catalogs, and MDM best practices;
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Big
  Query, Redshift, Synapse, Cassandra, etc. );
• CELONIS certification and hands‑on implementation experience;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Portuguese and Spanish valued);
• Experience in the Energy & Utilities sector and with SAP or Salesforce solutions (highly valued).
