Responsibilities
The Tn
S-Monetization Integrity team ensures safe and quality experiences for Advertisers to enable Tik
Tok’s mission to inspire joy and creativity. The team is responsible for creating scalable and reliable solutions that allow Tik
Tok Advertisers and businesses to interact in a trustworthy manner, always working to anticipate and protect against threats.

SOP Clarification and Training: work with BPs to clarify and eliminate ambiguities, provide simplified tasks, deliver training, monitor quality, identify root causes, and propose experiments.

Project Management: ensure timely delivery of projects, coordinate effectively with key stakeholders, and provide project visibility and progress updates through data.

Qualifications

Fluency in German and English.

1‑3 years of operation experience at a tech or social media company with data analytic experience.

Proficiency in data interpretation and analysis;



understanding of AI and
Machine Learning concepts related to data labeling.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong training and project management skills, able to simplify complex instructions and manage multiple tasks concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Technical skills in SQL and scripting languages (Python, R).

Fluency in English and an additional language.
