? We are looking for a Data Stewardship
MAIN TASKS:
- Manage the execution of new data initiatives by defining data management requirements, tracking and reporting on project progress, escalating risks and issues, and adhering to established change management and governance processes.
- Create key data management deliverables for prioritized initiatives, such as data dictionaries, data lineage, data quality business rules, and identify necessary metadata changes within the data domain.
- Ensure control models are in place to monitor and report data quality issues in accordance with data policies and standards within the assigned data domains.
- Identify, track, and collaborate with the Remediation team to address root causes of priority data issues to improve overall data quality.
- Conduct annual reviews of existing key data elements, data quality rules, and associated metadata artifacts to ensure relevance and consistent implementation across the organization.
- Actively participate in project status updates and data quality results presentations within first line of defense governance forums, including leading monthly meetings with Data Owners and domain SMEs.
YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally at all organizational levels.
- Strong sense of discretion and ability to handle stakeholder confidentiality with sound judgment.
- Proven experience in data quality initiatives.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data governance, data management, business glossary, data lineage, metadata, and/or data quality.
- Comfortable interacting with
- level management and navigating various levels of organizational structures. - Strong analytical mindset with experience in project management and tactical planning.
- Results-oriented, efficient, and able to meet tight deadlines.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and a track record of providing innovative ideas and business insights.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large datasets with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Full fluency in English (the interview will be conducted in English)
