We are seeking a highly motivated and talented recent graduate to join our Banking and Capital Markets Transformation Consulting team as a Data Tech AI Junior Consultant. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or related IT fields. As a Junior Consultant, you will work on projects that involve advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation, providing innovative solutions to our clients in the banking and capital markets sectors.

Responsibilities

• Digital Transformation
  • Support digital transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement digital solutions.
• Client Engagement
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored AI and data‑driven solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
• AI and Machine Learning
  • Implement AI and Gen AI solutions to enhance business processes and decision‑making.
  • Stay

  • Collect, process, and analyze datasets to extract actionable insights.
• Project Management
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
  • Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Proposal Development
  • Assist in preparing responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
  • Develop Proofs of Value (Po
    Vs) and Proofs of Concept (Po
    Cs) to demonstrate the potential of proposed solutions.
• Thought Leadership
  • Contribute to the development of whitepapers, case studies, and other thought leadership materials.
  • Research and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to inform project work and client recommendations.
• Business Growth
  • Collaborate closely with the Data-Tech-AI Partner and client sales teams, led by the Lead Client Partner, to drive business growth by upselling, extending existing contracts, and identifying new opportunities by developing proposals and contributing to the presales process.
  • Research industry best practices and emerging trends in DTAI consulting to enhance internal offerings and deliver innovative solutions to clients.
• Gen AI Expertise
  • Contribute expertise specifically in Gen AI applications for domains such as Auto Finance and other relevant sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or project experience in data analysis, AI, or related fields is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in data science, AI, or related areas (e. g. , Data Science Specialization, AI certifications).
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
  • Strong aptitude for quantitative analysis and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Preferred Qualifications / Skills
  • Basic understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
  • Exposure to data analytics and visualization tools.
