Data Understanding Specialist - Trust & Safety - French Speaking

Responsibilities

• Main Responsibilities:
  • SOP Clarification and Training:
    • Work with the BPs to clarify and eliminate ambiguities in the requirements/SOPs
    • Provide simplified and straightforward tasks to labellers
    • Deliver training to labellers for complex requirements
  • Quality Improvement and Assurance:
    • Constantly monitor and review the quality of the labelled data
    • Identify the root cause of issues and take remedial actions (simplify or disambiguate SOPs or provide additional training)
    • Identify opportunities for improvement of key metrics and propose experiments to support initiatives
  • Project Management:
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects
    • Coordinate effectively with key stakeholders
    • Provide project visibility and progress updates through data

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications:
  • Fluency in French is required; fluency in English as the working language
  • 1-3 years of experience in operations for a tech or social media company with data analytics experience
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and analysis; understanding of AI/ML concepts related to data labelling is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear communication with requestors and labellers
  • Strong ability to simplify complex instructions and provide robust training in a technical context
  • Experience in project management with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and
    - solving skills
  • Technical skills in SQL and scripting languages (Python, R) are a plus
  • Fluency in English and an additional language
