Data Understanding Specialist - Trust & Safety - Russian Speaking Lisboa

Responsibilities

• SOP Clarification and Training: Work with the BPs to clarify and eliminate ambiguities in the requirements/SOPs; provide simplified and straightforward tasks to labellers; deliver training to labellers for complex requirements.
• Quality Improvement and Assurance: Constantly monitor and review the quality of the labelled data; identify root causes of issues and take remedial actions such as simplifying or disambiguating SOPs or providing additional training; identify opportunities for improvement in key metrics and propose experiments to support initiatives.
• Project Management: Ensure timely delivery of projects; coordinate effectively with key stakeholders; provide project visibility and progress updates through data.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: Fluent in Russian language required due to communication with Russian markets and stakeholders; fluent in English as well since it is the working language.
• 1–3 years of experience in operations for a tech or social media company; data analytics experience.
• Proficiency in data interpretation and analysis; understanding of AI and Machine Learning concepts, particularly as they relate to data labelling is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective communication with requestors and labellers.
• Strong ability to simplify complex instructions and requirements, with robust experience in training in a technical context.
• Experience in project management with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks concurrently, preferably in a
  - intensive environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Strong technical skills in SQL and scripting languages (Python, R) are a plus.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal) and an additional language.
