Neotalent is looking for a Data Visualization Analyst. You will be part of a Neotalent project team in the banking sector.

You will be responsible for designing and maintaining data visualization solutions that support inventory and asset management processes. You will work closely with the infrastructure, security, and business teams to ensure the accuracy of item configuration data (CMDB), streamlined Service
Now workflows, and actionable Power
BI dashboards.

Based in Lisbon (Hybrid).

You will be responsible for:

- Design, create, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for asset/inventory KPIs.

- Translate business requirements into data models and visualizations that support
- making.

- Work with the APS team on data preparation across multiple data points, KPIs, and service review requirements.

- Be responsible for the complete process of registering, maintaining, discovering, classifying, and reconciling IT assets in physical, virtual, and cloud environments.

- Execute and define data quality and exception handling rules.

What you are like:

- Experience in Power BI.

- Knowledge of Service Now is valuable.

- Good communication skills and team spirit.

- Proficient English is important.
