Data Warehouse Developer (Teradata)

Location
: Lisbon

Hybrid:
2 times a week at the client's office

Candidates must possess a valid work permit for Portugal

We are looking for a skilled Data Warehouse Developer with strong experience in
Teradata environments
, capable of contributing to the design, implementation, and support of data solutions. You will work closely with
- functional teams to build and optimize
Data
Labs and Data
Marts
, ensuring high performance and quality in data collection, transformation, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data processing solutions using
  Teradata BTEQ
  ,
  TPT
  , and
  SQL
  .
• Develop and optimize
  data aggregation and scoring processes
  , ensuring reliable storage and retrieval.
• Create and maintain
  data exposure views
  to support business intelligence tools like
  MSBI
  or
  Qlik Sense
  .
• Collaborate with team members using
  collaborative tools
  such as Git, Jira, Confluence, MEGA, and Zeenea.
• Operate in both
  
  - based initiatives and production support
  , including monitoring, troubleshooting, and process execution.
• Work within a
  UNIX environment
  , handling file systems, directories, and storage efficiently.
• Schedule and automate tasks using
  CONTROL-M
  .

Requirements:

• Minimum
  4 years of experience
  in data warehouse development.
• Strong
  - on experience with
  Teradata
  technologies.
• Proficiency in
  BTEQ
  ,
  TPT
  , and
  SQL
  within relational DBMS.
• Solid knowledge of
  UNIX environments
  and shell scripting.
• Experience with
  ETL processes
  , data modeling, and best practices in data architecture.
• Familiarity with
  collaborative and documentation tools
  (Git, Jira, Confluence, MEGA, Zeenea).
• Experience in both
  project delivery and operational support
  is a strong plus.
