? We are looking for a Database Administrator Engineer to work on
- scale, secure, and
- availability database environments, supporting key business applications.

MAIN TASKS:

• Design, implement, and evolve database infrastructure solutions (Oracle, Exadata, My
  SQL, Postgre
  SQL, Mongo
  DB, SQL Server. . . ).
• Perform patching, upgrades, and maintenance with a strong focus on reliability, security, and business continuity.
• Develop automation tools and scripts (Shell, Python, Ansible) to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
• Monitor and ensure the integrity and performance of the database environment using tools like Zabbix, Splunk, etc.
• Contribute to technical strategy, internal standards, and solution architecture.
• Build dashboards and reports to track activity and support continuous improvement.
• Support business teams and projects with
  - related needs and optimizations.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:

• Proven experience with Database Administration (Oracle, My
  SQL, Mongo
  DB, Postgre
  SQL, SQL Server)
• Solid knowledge of Linux and Shell scripting
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Ansible, Ansible Tower)
• Python scripting for automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD & Dev
  Ops tools:
  
  Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, JIRA, Confluence, XLDeploy
• Understanding of infrastructure monitoring and log analysis (e. G. , Zabbix, Splunk)
• Awareness of information systems security policies and network basics
• Problem-solving mindset with a
  - first approach

Nice to have:

• Experience with Exadata / ZDLRA
• Knowledge of API development and scripting for patch automation
• French language skills (optional)

• Hybrid role based in Porto.
