About the Role:

We are looking for a

Database Developer

with strong expertise in Oracle, Postgres, and SQL to join our team in Lisbon. The ideal candidate is a senior professional with

4–6 years of experience

, who can contribute to database design, optimization, and maintenance, while also collaborating in modern development practices and agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize relational databases, with a focus on
  
  Oracle and Postgre
  SQL
  
  .
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data manipulation and reporting.
• Ensure database performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with development and Dev
  Ops teams to integrate databases into CI/CD pipelines.
• Support Agile delivery practices, using tools such as
  
  Jira
  
  and
  
  Confluence
  
  .
• Contribute to test automation and continuous improvement of database solutions.

Requirements:

• Solid knowledge and
  - on experience with
  
  Oracle, Postgre
  SQL, and SQL
  
  .
• 4–6 years of professional experience in database development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or related field (preferred).
• Familiarity with
  
  Agile methodologies
  
  and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Plus/Preferred:
• Experience with
  
  CI/CD
  
  pipelines.
• Knowledge of
  
  cloud environments
  
  .
• Exposure to
  
  test automation
  
  practices.
• Intermediate English proficiency
  
  (written and spoken).
• Availability for
  
  hybrid work (2x per week in Lisbon)
