Deliveries Officer Seniority: Experienced Starting date: Immediately Duration: 1 Year Location: Lisbon Job Description: As part of DEC business line (Derivatives Execution & Clearing), the Deliveries account manager must handle
- office activities on his scope: o Deliveries o Clearing Houses vs Back Office Reconciliations check (margins, payments, positions);



o Ensure reports and invoices sent to clients are reliable;



o Be the 1st point of contact for all counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) with regards the delivery process;



o Ensure that allclients related issues, queries and request are addressed in an efficient, accurate and timely manner;



o Monitoring the different types of delivery products;



o Support client through all the delivery process;



o Ensure all delivery payments are executed correctly;



o Maintenance of the accountancy balance (CCP vs client cash flows);



o Identify, assess, monitor and control the risks of the activity;



o Perform the necessary
Close Outs;



o Participate in projects to drive the business forward to deliver internal or market system releases (Market releases, BO tools enhancements);



o Communication management (email, phone, ). Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Monitoring the different types of delivery products;

Interact with allneeded internal and/or external entities in order to get additional information for unidentified entries;



and maintain Communication Channels with internal business teams;



" Escalate unresolved open items to the Team Leader;



understand the risks inherent to the daily activity and the existing Control Framework to mitigate the risks identified and take corrective measures/actions along with the Team Leader;
