Your mission will be…

• Organize all defect management activities in the Release to secure the successful
  - live; this comprises the defect lifecycle from creation until resolution and closure of the defect in close collaboration with Process Testers, Test Manager, Process Teams and Developers
• Create defect corrections with relevant transports
• Regular Follow-up of defects regarding timely closure
• Maintain defects in the Defect Management Tool
• Ensure synchronicity of defect corrections in the different system lines through XLDs
• Facilitate unblocking of defects through moderation of meetings with relevant stakeholders
• Conduct and moderate regular meetings to provide the Defect Status of the Release
• Identify improvements regarding the defect processes to ensure efficient management of all required activities
• Ensure audit compliant defect documentation
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software development, or a related field.
• Proven work experience in Software Testing environments, ideally 5 years
• Test Management Tool Knowledge, ideally SAP Solution Manager
• Knowledge of Defect Management Process
• ISTQB Certified Tester
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong quality mindset, structured thought process and proactive approach towards
  - solving skills
• Good communication and networking skills across different hierarchy levels to be able to interact with different teams virtually and
  - site.
• Proactive Teamplayer in an intercultural environment
• Technical understanding and ability to learn
• Familiar with Agile Methodologies
• Availability to travel
