Essential Skills

• Minimum experience of 5 years in a similar role as Defect Manager or Test Manager;
• Proven experience in defect lifecycle management, ensuring effective triage, prioritization, and resolution tracking across multiple teams;
• Hands‑on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure Dev
  Ops, Service
  Now, and Confluence;
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with experience supporting cross‑functional delivery teams;
• ISTQB Foundation Level or higher certification (preferred);
• Previous experience in the Insurance or BFSI sector;
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
