We are looking for a Defect Manager, with 10+ years of experience for an exciting and challenging position! This is a
- time, hybrid position located in Lisbon.

Responsibilities

• Own the Defect Approach and Strategy
• Manage the Defect Process ensuring compliance by all teams
• Review new defects ensuring they have all required information/evidence
• Triage defects with relevant stakeholders to determine appropriate severity and priority
• Communicate impact of defects to all relevant teams
• Work with development teams to agree defect fix dates aligned to agreed SLAs/Project milestones
• Coordinate defect retests with testing teams, aligned to agreed SLAs/Project milestones

Requirements

• Experience in QA/Defect Management for
  - scale projects
• Ability to analyze defect patterns and reommend preventive actions
• Strong understading of SDLC, STLC, Agile and Defect Management processes
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Zephyr, Azure Dev
  Ops, or similar tools
• ISTQB Foundation Certificate (concluded)
• Excellent communication, Stakeholder management, and
  - resolution skills
• High proficiency in English (spoken and written)
