Our Attendee Delegation team identifies and pursues new business opportunities within the private and public sectors. The team collaborates with Marketing and Growth to develop sales collateral, marketing materials, and campaigns to support outbound sales efforts.

We are now looking for a Delegation Sales Executive to join our growing team, focusing on new business acquisition and development strategies across multiple global markets.

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities with delegations within the private and public sector.
2. Renew bulk ticket purchasers for specific events.
3. Handle enquiries from the website for targeted events with the aim of selling bulk ticket packages.
4. Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to develop sales collateral, marketing materials, and campaigns to support outbound sales.
5. Achieve ticket sales targets by focusing on renewal sales, inbound enquiries, additional tickets, upgrades, and outbound campaigns.

• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of proven success in new business acquisition across multiple markets.
• Strong communication skills in English, especially on the phone, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• A genuine willingness to learn and a drive to succeed.
