Our Attendee Delegation team identifies and pursues new business opportunities within the private and public sectors. The team collaborates with Marketing and Growth teams to develop sales collateral, marketing materials, and campaigns to support outbound sales activities.

We are now looking for a Delegation Sales Executive to focus on new business acquisition and development strategies across multiple global markets.

What You Will Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with delegations in the private and public sectors.
• Renewal of bulk ticket purchases for specific events.
• Handle enquiries from the website related to targeted events, aiming to sell bulk ticket packages.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams to develop sales collateral, marketing materials, and campaigns for outbound sales efforts.
• Achieve ticket sales targets through renewal sales, inbound enquiries, additional tickets, upgrades, and outbound campaigns.

Skills And Abilities We're Looking For

• Fluent written and spoken Portuguese is mandatory.
• At least 1 year of success in new business acquisition/development across multiple markets.
• Excellent communication skills in English, especially on the phone, with ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Genuine willingness to learn and a drive to succeed in your career.
