Deliveries Account Manager
Job Description:
The Deliveries Account Manager is responsible for managing back‐office operations within the Derivatives Execution & Clearing (DEC) business line. This role involves handling the entire delivery process, ensuring accurate reconciliations between clearing houses and back office, maintaining client relationships, and guaranteeing operational efficiency and compliance. The professional will act as the main point of contact for all counterparties (clients, brokers, and clearing houses) regarding delivery activities and related financial operations.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage different types of delivery products and related transactions.
- Perform reconciliations between clearing houses and back office systems (margins, payments, positions).
- Act as the primary point of contact for counterparties (clients, brokers, CCPs) throughout the delivery process.
- Support clients during all stages of delivery and ensure accuracy of related payments.
- Maintain and reconcile accounting balances (CCP vs client cash flows).
- Ensure reports and invoices sent to clients are accurate and reliable.
- Identify and manage operational risks, escalating issues to the Team Leader when required.
- Participate in process improvement projects and system enhancements to improve business efficiency.
- Maintain clear and professional communication via email, phone, and internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
Technical Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Business Management.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and delivery processes (notions level).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
Additional Information:
- First 6 months 100% office, after that 50% office 50% home office
