For this position, the ideal Rhino should have the following skills:

5+ years of experience as a delivery lead/manager, project manager, or producer in a
- paced environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
3-5 years of experience in domains such as developer tools, build environments, and storage configuration.
Experience working directly with engineering teams.
Knowledge of cloud security best practices, including architecture, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
Experience designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure.
Ability to coach teams on Scrum principles and practices.
Ability to align team resources with business priorities and manage risks.
Experience developing and tracking risk mitigation plans.
Proactive in resolving blocking issues and impediments.
Coordinate
- project dependencies and release activities.
Manage customer tickets via Service
Now.
Manage Sprint Backlog in Jira.
Drive change requests and release communications.
Report on performance and progress to leadership.
Fluency in English (B2/C1 level).
Availability for remote work in Portugal (requires EU citizenship or valid work permit).
