Responsibilities

• Expand your network: As a consultant at We Are META, you’ll have access to a network of national and international partners across diverse sectors of the tech industry.
• Collaborate with recruiters to secure the best position for you, considering working policy (remote, hybrid,
  - site) and company culture.
• Provide personalized support with our career coach to meet your professional needs and wellbeing.
• Coordinate
  - project dependencies, milestone and release management activities with other Delivery Managers.
• Facilitate triage of incoming customer tickets through Service
  Now.
• Manage Sprint Backlog in Jira and drive change requests for any committed work during a Quarter.
• Establish and drive successful release communications and
  - level performance reporting for internal and external leadership.
• Align team resources to business priorities and risk levels to ensure effective participation in agile events and progress on assigned work.
• Actively develop, track, and report on risk and issue mitigation plans; identify and drive resolution of blockers and
  - engineering action items.
• Fluency in English (at least B2/C1) and availability for remote work based in Portugal (requires Portuguese or other EU citizenship, or a valid Portuguese work permit).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a delivery lead/manager, project manager, or producer in a
  - paced environment (mandatory).
• Strong applied understanding of Agile methodologies.
• 3-5 years of experience in domains such as developer tools, build environments, and storage environment configuration.
• 3-5 years of experience directly working with engineering teams (mandatory).
• Prior experience working in the Retail or related industry is valued.
• Working knowledge of cloud security best practices, including security architecture, risk assessment, and vulnerability management.
• Working knowledge of designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and databases.
• Coach the team on Scrum principles and best practices, helping them develop a clear vision and
  - management skills.
