Why This Role?

This is a senior contract role where you’ll lead the delivery of
- facing initiatives inside a
- growth sales funnel. The work is all about experimentation, iterating fast, and building solutions that directly impact throughput and customer experience.

You’ll be at the centre of the action — balancing product goals with technical delivery, and making sure engineering teams can perform at their best.

The Opportunity

You’ll oversee the delivery of multiple engineering teams, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and making sure commitments are hit. That means close partnership with Product Owners and UX to refine priorities and shape work into solutions that provide real business value.

Day to day, you’ll:

Drive delivery outcomes across two engineering squads

Manage risks, dependencies, and team alignment

Coach teams on agile best practices and engineering quality

Champion High Performance Engineering (HPE) and continuous improvement

Support product leadership in refining backlogs and balancing delivery pace with quality

Promote experimentation and the adoption of new technologies

What They’re Looking For

Senior-level delivery management experience

Strong track record leading engineering teams in agile environments

Comfortable working with product, UX, and engineering to shape and deliver solutions

Experience driving team performance through metrics (velocity, cycle times)

Technical understanding of
- end environments and experimentation frameworks
