Job Description

We are seeking a new talent to join the Service Delivery team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in a company that specializes in energy production and distribution, providing innovative solutions in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• As a Delivery Lead (+5 years of experience), you will be responsible for leading
  -
  - end delivery or a defined component of a contract to meet operational, contractual, and financial commitments.
• You will ensure service quality and efficiency while managing delivery outcomes and identifying opportunities for
  - on work through
  - selling or
  - selling.
• You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.
• You are also expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages team innovation and
  - solution. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services that align with client needs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to promote professional growth.

Requirements

• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management is recommended.
• Advanced proficiency in Estimation and Planning, Work Management is suggested.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
