We are hiring a Delivery Lead

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Delivery Lead to join our Tech
Hub

You will play a critical role in delivering complex technology programs while also leading the Project Management function within the Supply Chain Technology PMO. This role ensures consistent delivery of
- impact initiatives that support strategic business priorities, while fostering excellence, standardization, and continuous improvement across all program and project management activities.

You will be responsible for both the successful delivery of your own programs and for coaching, guiding, and managing the team of Project Managers. In addition to delivering outcomes aligned with supply chain priorities, this role ensures adherence to PMO governance, promotes the use of the methodology, and reinforces our operational cadence across all initiatives.

Success in this role requires strong leadership, program execution capabilities, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, balancing strategic oversight with a
- on approach to delivery.

Some Key Responsibilities:

Program Delivery & Governance

• Lead
  -
  - end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Define and manage program scope, objectives, timeline, and success metrics
• Ensure programs are executed in accordance with PMO governance standards and delivery methodologies (e. G. , Stage Gate)
• Coordinate the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of all initiatives under assigned programs
• Establish and manage steering committees, status reviews, and decision forums

PMO Leadership & Team Management

• Serve as line manager to Project Managers, setting clear expectations, goals, and feedback cycles
• Drive consistency in project planning, execution, and reporting across the team
• Lead regular PM community sessions, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices
• Monitor and support individual and collective performance of the project management team
• Ensure PMs are using the right tools, templates, and processes

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as key point of contact for senior leadership on program and project delivery
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Ensure transparency and clarity through structured communication and reporting
• Anticipate resistance and foster
  - in through active engagement

Continuous Improvement & Strategic Contribution

• Identify trends, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities across the project portfolio
• Evolve PMO methodologies, tools, and standards based on organizational maturity and feedback
• Provide input into portfolio prioritization and resource planning decisions
• Support
  - building initiatives to uplift project and program delivery across the function

THE SKILLS

To set you up for success in this role, here are some key skills that will help you:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project or Program Management or a related field.
• Additional professional certifications in Project and Program Management (PMP, Prince2, Pg
  MP preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in program management within a technology environment.
• Proven experience managing Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools such as, Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365.
• Experience working in complex, global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to build
  - performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and
  - making capabilities.
• Fluent in English.
