About Responsibilities
Within our Leasing & Factoring unit in Portugal , which brings together more than 100 professionals , the Delivery Manager will directly lead up to 30 team members , supported by team and technical leads. This unit operates as an extension of the IT department of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring . In this context, the IT Delivery Manager acts as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for our Crédit Agricole Group partner ensuring that application development and delivery activities meet their needs and expectations.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Operational Management
- Oversee capacity planning and resource allocation
- Manage activity scheduling and delivery timelines
- Ensure quality of service across application development activities
- Produce regular activity reports for Crédit Agricole Group stakeholders
Business Development
- Align application delivery with the evolving needs of Crédit Agricole Leasing & Factoring partner.
- Propose and implement new solutions to reinforce KLx’s positioning and value
Application Development & Delivery
- Support development teams in projects and daily application delivery
- Facilitate collaboration between Crédit Agricole business stakeholders and technical teams
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues in design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Promote best practices in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure quality and reliability
Sourcing & Provider Management
- Manage Crédit Agricole’s requests and recruitment in collaboration with stakeholders
- Oversee onboarding, equipment provisioning, and skill matrix management for internal and external resources
- Ensure team care and professional development
- Coordinate with providers and manage ramp‑up plans with KLx’s Sourcing and HR teams
HR Management
- Supervise internal staff in collaboration with operational managers
- Lead recruitment processes and training initiatives
- Manage the training and team care calendar with HR
Contract & Governance Management
- Define, produce, and validate KPIs
- Prepare and lead governance committees with Crédit Agricole stakeholders
- Oversee timesheet management for internal and external resources
Client Onboarding
- Drive transition and knowledge transfer plans with the Transition Manager in KLx to support Crédit Agricole Group.
8. Transversal Activities
- Contribute to KLx’s growth throughout strategic roadmap, new services, and offers
- Support the communication plan and knowledge sharing across our K-Tech communities, events, etc.
About You
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years managing application development teams or
- scale software delivery projects - Background in banking, leasing, or insurance environments and awareness of cybersecurity, compliance, and regulatory requirements in financial services is a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Dev
Ops practices, and CI/CD pipelines - Familiarity with modern application architectures (microservices, APIs,
- native applications) - Understanding of IT infrastructure integration (servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities
- Adaptability and
- solving mindset in multicultural environments
