Your Impact

In this role, you will delegate project workstreams to execute wide transformation programs such as operational improvements, KPI implementation, and process improvement. You will lead the design and implementation of our client’s transformation plans, manage workshop and implementation content, lead the implementation process stages, and guide a project team that includes consultants and senior client staff. You will coach and motivate your team, support members on their workstreams, and gradually assume responsibility for delivering parts of projects. You will also support team members with client workshops to achieve the project's objectives.

Supported by consultants, project managers, and senior client staff, you will contribute to internal projects and grow in a stimulating human environment. Based in Lisbon, you will be part of Orphoz, a firm that combines the advantages of a start‑up with those of a large group.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a strong record of academic achievement
• 6+ years of experience in project management, preferably in consulting or in a Project Management Office (PMO) in the context of transformation projects
• Driven to create long‑lasting impact and enjoy working with people to achieve results
• Motivated by the flexibility and agility required in a consulting environment
• Fluent in English and Portuguese (verbally and in writing); Spanish is a plus
