Responsibilities

1. Work as a service operational interlocutor, internally and externally, for the clients of your portfolio. Create & manage project plans.
2. Align project objectives with company goals, and ensure the project team is clear on objectives.
3. Assist the project team with task design and development.
4. Lead the process of issue identification and resolution.
5. Manage risk tracking processes.
6. Monitor and manage project scope.
7. Monitor cost accounting to ensure revenue assurance and project profitability.
8. Participate actively in controlling and maximizing project profitability.
9. Monitor and report on the progress of the service, ensuring delivery according to initial specifications and requirements.
10. Support the definition of corrective and preventive actions during problematic situations.
11. Oversee the progress of the strategic cybersecurity roadmap.
12. Prepare and present detailed reports on activity progress.
13. Manage projects using the JIRA tool.
14. Apply knowledge in security/cybersecurity in project management.

Must have

1. High sense of responsibility.
2. Clear understanding and strong commitment to contractual goals.
3. High degree or equivalent (training or professional experience).
4. At least 2 years’ experience in similar roles.
5. Broad knowledge in the IT field.
6. Solid knowledge of project management.
7. Certifications in project management methodologies (e. g. , ITIL, ISO20000, ISO27001, PMP, IPMA, Prince2, Agile, Kanban).
8. Fluency in English.
