Key Responsibilities:

• Define and translate customer operational requirements into actionable delivery plans;
• Lead the

  - end implementation of solutions at customer sites, ensuring a seamless turnkey experience;
• Manage daily operational activities, promptly resolving issues and ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs;
• Gather and analyse customer insights to drive continuous improvements in product and customer experience;
• Collaborate with the commercial team to identify growth opportunities and strategic focus areas;
• Recruit, mentor, and develop the operations team, fostering talent growth and strong team dynamics;
• Develop and maintain tools, processes, and metrics that support operational efficiency and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in delivery management, operations, or implementation of
  - driven solutions at customer sites;
• Ability to gather, understand, and translate customer operational needs into practical plans;
• Strong track record in managing
  -
  - day operations and ensuring SLA compliance;
• Experience in collecting and utilising customer feedback to inform product and service improvements;
• Comfortable working
  - functionally with commercial, product, and engineering teams;
• Experience in team leadership, including hiring and talent development;
