Delivery Manager

Responsibilities
- Lead Epics end‑to‑end from inception to production launch
- Coordinate between Engineering and Product teams to align technical and business priorities
- Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams
- Analyze and deep‑dive into modern web technologies to support decision‑making
- Monitor project progress and elevate risks or issues as necessary
- Support the planning and execution of project deliverables
- Maintain documentation related to project scope, timelines, and technical requirements
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
- Engage stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements
- Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes
- Report project status and updates to senior management
- Resolve conflicts and promote a productive team environment
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in delivery management
- Hands‑on experience with Java
- Strong leadership skills with ability to influence engineering and product teams
- Proven track record managing software projects through full SDLC
- Technical background in Computer Science or Engineering
- Hands‑on development experience with understanding of modern web technologies
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to bridge technical depth with business priorities
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with Agile methodologies or similar project frameworks
