Delivery Manager Lisboa

Responsibilities

• Lead Epics end‑to‑end from inception to production launch
• Coordinate between Engineering and Product teams to align technical and business priorities
• Ensure adherence to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across cross‑functional teams
• Analyze and deep‑dive into modern web technologies to support decision‑making
• Monitor project progress and elevate risks or issues as necessary
• Support the planning and execution of project deliverables
• Maintain documentation related to project scope, timelines, and technical requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes
• Engage stakeholders to gather and clarify project requirements
• Manage scheduling and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes
• Report project status and updates to senior management
• Resolve conflicts and promote a productive team environment

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in delivery management
• Hands‑on experience with Java
• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence engineering and product teams
• Proven track record managing software projects through full SDLC
• Technical background in Computer Science or Engineering
• Hands‑on development experience with understanding of modern web technologies
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to bridge technical depth with business priorities
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with Agile methodologies or similar project frameworks
