Essential Skills

• Professional experience (3-4 years) in project management roles, with practical experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies, understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, ensuring alignment between teams and stakeholders in IT contexts.
• SCRUM certification (preferably Scrum Master) valued.
• Good communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
