Role Overview
We’re looking for a Delivery Manager who can own projects
-
- end — from the very first discovery call to the final delivery. You’ll be the link between clients, designers, and developers, ensuring smooth communication, clear requirements, and
- quality outcomes.
This is a
- first role , perfect for someone who thrives in a
- paced, evolving tech landscape and can manage multiple projects and teams with confidence.
What You’ll Do
Lead client engagements from start to finish: Discovery calls,
- sales alignment, project plans.
Bridge sales & delivery: Ensure smooth project handovers with founders & sales.
Scope & structure projects: Gather requirements in Confluence & Jira.
Design-to-dev flow: Communicate designs clearly to developers.
Manage teams & workflows: Coordinate (1–5 people) via Slack, Loom,
- first tools.
Multitask with ease: Oversee several projects at once.
Communicate openly: Keep clients & stakeholders updated with clarity and positive energy.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Experience: 4+ years in web development & agency project delivery.
Tech-savvy mindset: Understanding of modern web, AI,
- code/low-code tools.
Leadership: Skilled at managing
- functional teams & solving problems proactively.
Communication: Excellent English (B2+). Russian is a strong plus.
Personality: Reliable, proactive,
- going, and
- driven.
