We are seeking a Delivery Manager to work across multiple squads, ensuring strategic technical alignment and continuous delivery of trading systems with robust regulatory oversight.

The role requires working alongside CET hours (±2 hours).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous delivery lifecycle, using DORA metrics to improve speed and quality.
• Coordinate with Head of Product and Head of Engineering to align technical decisions with business strategy and compliance.
• Ensure delivery practices support stability, risk management, and performance of mission‑critical trading systems.
• Partner with compliance teams to maintain regulatory requirements and auditability.
• Manage QA engineers, build the QA automation roadmap, and drive improvements in automated regression and integrated testing.

Background and Experience

• Proven experience in engineering‑led organizations using Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP).
• Expertise in applying DORA metrics and similar frameworks to measure and improve delivery processes.
• Deep understanding of large‑scale, high‑reliability software system design, testing, deployment, and operation.
• Experience coordinating across product managers, engineers, architects, QA, Dev
  Ops, and compliance stakeholders.
• Background in high‑performance, regulated environments such as finance, crypto, De
  Fi, or algorithmic trading is a strong plus.
• Understanding of trading and financial markets is a strong plus.

Competencies and Personality

• Certifications in Agile, Lean, or related methodologies are a plus.
• Project management qualifications.
• Expertise in delivery performance frameworks to drive data‑informed improvements.
• Exceptional communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.
