Duties/Roles:

• LOGFAS iterations management: Liaise with instructors and students to ensure smooth course execution. Prepare
  - related documentation and act as a POC for LOGFAS iteration issues.
• Training Material update: LOGFAS training materials (lesson plans, Power
  Point presentations) will be delivered by the LOGFAS Section Head, NCI Academy, with new versions/updates. Develop additional content for new functionalities or procedures.
• LOGFAS Course adaptation: Review course content for alignment with changes in Performance, Enabling, and Learning Objectives. Major reorganization of modules and lesson schedules may be required, including review of Course Control Documents.
• LOGFAS Mentoring: Provide mentoring at NCI Academy in Oeiras, NATO, and National Headquarters locations (including Germany) and other locations in Europe as needed. Cover modules such as LOGFAS Connection Manager, Geographic Manager, and LOGFAS Data Manager.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required:

Mandatory:

• LOGFAS instructor with NATO SECRET security clearance valid during the contract period.
• Fluent in English, able to read/write technical and user documentation.
• At least 3 years experience delivering LOGFAS Fundamental and Data Operator Courses.
• At least 5 years experience updating and creating training content.
• Experience working with NCI Agency and NCI Academy.
• NATO CIS Technical Instructor or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of modern education technologies and authoring tools.
• Knowledge of NATO Command Structure and NATO Force Structure.
• 5 years experience working in an international environment with military personnel.
• Level 3 English skills according to NATO STANAG 6001 or CEFR B2-C1.
