Job Description
As a Delivery Operations Analyst, you will sit at the core of the group and support the building, automation, and continuous improvement of operational and workforce management reporting, tools, and processes. Your role will be cross‑functional and exposed to various areas of the business including the Client Organisation, Commercial Finance, and Top Management.
You will work across business units, supporting company‑wide recurring analytical exercises and collaborate with Delivery Operations leadership and partner functions to enhance data accuracy, reporting maturity, and analytical capability across the organization.
You contribute to strategic and operational projects by owning a set of activities within workstreams, developing Python automations for data extraction, transformation, and analysis, and supporting the data engineering components of AI RAG Application development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recurring analytical exercises such as the financial forecasting of business units
- Own and deliver on a small area of workstreams within strategic and operational projects
- Support budgeting and workforce planning processes
- Build and maintain reporting & forecasting models (Excel)
- Build and maintain Power BI reports and supporting data structures
- Automate data extraction, processing, and analysis using Python
- Support data engineering work for AI RAG initiatives, including data preparation and pipeline reliability
- Monitor, validate, and report on system data quality and drive remediation of issues
- Support ad‑hoc Chief Delivery Officer requests and cross‑team projects
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- 2+ years of relevant work experience (IT, Administration, Finance, Accounting)
- Preferably some exposure to data analytics
- Comfortable using Excel and building models that scale to Power BI Reports (knowledge of XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and similar)
- Knowledge in Python for data extraction, transformation, automation, and analysis is strongly preferred
- Experience working with BI Tools such as Power BI or willingness to learn
- Understanding of data pipelines, structured data handling, and data quality concepts
- Analytical ability with attention to accuracy and data integrity
- Strong task ownership and reliability in delivering defined workstreams
- Ability to interpret operational and financial metrics and build reporting around them
- Structured communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and recurring planning cycles
- Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to evolving priorities
- Fluent in English
