WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
- Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 15+ years in digital delivery/product engineering, including 5+ years leading complex,
- squad engagements. - Substantial Out
Systems experience (Professional/Architecture exposure), with strong integration knowledge (REST/SOAP, async). - Expertise with
- native deployments (Azure/AWS/Out
Systems Cloud) and Dev
Ops CI/CD pipelines. - Working knowledge of AI-enabled delivery and intelligent app patterns (AI Mentor, AI Agent Builder, LLMs, RAG).
- Advanced English with
- level communication and consulting presence (mandatory).

HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?
Client Delivery Ownership :
- Own the delivery strategy and execution for assigned engagements;
align roadmaps tomeasurable business outcomes. - Lead
- gates, release planning, and change control;
uphold contractual obligations and service levels. - Run executive updates/steercos;
communicate
- offs, risks, and decisions with clarity and credibility.
Technical Oversight (High-Level):
- Provide senior guidance on Out
Systems platform capabilities, modular architecture, and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, async). - Promote effective use of AI Mentor and AI Agent Builder;
guide LLM/RAG usecaseswith appropriate guardrails. - Champion quality, performance, security, and maintainability through standards, reviews, and continuous improvement.
Business & Domain Leadership:
- Translate strategy into executable plans;
challenge solution approaches using value, risk, and customer impact lenses. - Map

- end processes and KPIs;
drive insights via telemetry and experimentation to improve throughput and experience.
Portfolio & Multi-Squad Governance:
- Balance demand, capacity, and dependencies across squads;
coordinate with architecture, security, infra, and run teams. - Institutionalize standards, code reviews, performance benchmarks, and observability across the ecosystem.
Commercial & Vendor Management:
- Support engagement financials (budget, forecast, margins) and drive

- value optimization. - Manage nearshore/offshore vendors;
measure productivity and enforce KPIs and contractual obligations.
Risk, Compliance & Operations:
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks proactively (capacity, technical debt, quality, security, privacy).
- Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness via
- time controls and operational playbooks.
People Leadership & Ways of Working:
- Mentor Team Leaders, BAs, and Developers;
foster psychological safety, accountability, and constructive challenge. - Promote Agile/Lean practices (Scrum, Kanban), Dev
Ops CI/CD, and
- driven decisions (DORA, flow efficiency, MTTR).
Metrics & Reporting:
- Define success criteria with clients;
publish dashboards on cycle time, defect escape, stability/availability, NPS/CSAT. - Trigger corrective actions and improvement experiments when thresholds drift;
celebrate outcomewins.

- Travel & Flexibility: Occasional travel to client sites as needed;
flexibility to support distributed teams across time zones. - Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
