We’re looking for a talented and
- spirited Demi Chef de Partie to join our passionate and creative kitchen brigade. If cooking for you is more than just a craft—it's a form of expression and care—then you're in the right place. We’re seeking someone with solid technique, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to grow.

• Station Guardian – Support the Chef de Partie in managing a specific kitchen section (e. g. , grill, starters, desserts), ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Flavor Artisan – Prepare and cook dishes with precision and care, always meeting our restaurant's high standards.
• Stock Manager – Monitor ingredient availability, avoid waste, and ensure everything is in place when needed.
• Hygiene Champion – Rigorously follow hygiene and food safety protocols—excellence begins behind the scenes.
• Mentor of Young Talent – Guide and support Commis Chefs and interns, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Mise-en-Place Master – Ensure everything is prepped and organized for each service.
• Reliable Deputy – Take over section responsibilities whenever the Chef de Partie is absent.
• Collaborative Team Member – Work closely with other sections to deliver a smooth, timely, and
  - quality service.

• Proven experience in a professional kitchen and strong technical knowledge in your area
• Leadership skills and a supportive,
  - oriented mindset
• Resilience and composure in demanding environments
• Excellent organization, precision, and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, initiative, and willingness to grow
• Fluency in Portuguese is required – speaking and understanding the language is essential for this role
