The Bank focuses on providing a range of savings, investment and advisory services for private and institutional clients, with a mid‑market Corporate Finance division that offers financial advisory in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Markets transactions across all industries, particularly in cross‑border opportunities. Job Description
The selected candidate will act as Deputy Director of the Corporate Finance team based in Lisbon, playing a key role in developing new business and executing mandates by:
- Participating in originating new business opportunities;



- Establishing contacts with mid‑market corporations, C‑suite executives and entrepreneurs;



- Designing, reviewing and executing pitchbooks and proposals to potential clients;



- Managing and executing
M&A and capital markets mandates while ensuring best practice standards in quality, calendar, client service and compliance;



- Cooperating withsenior management in the training and development of the Corporate Finance team. Qualifications- 7–12 years of experience in M&A, consulting, investment banking or transaction services;



- Master’s degree in Finance, Management or equivalent;



- Strong commercial and entrepreneurial drive;



- Solid analyticalcompetencies: financial modelling, valuation and M&A execution;



- Clear and rigorous written and oral communication;



- Proficiency in Portuguese and English;
