Corporate Finance

Within its Investment Banking division, the Bank offers financial advisory services in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Capital Markets transactions to corporations and entrepreneurs in Portugal and Spain. The Bank focuses on a
- market segment, across all industries, and with particular emphasis on
- border opportunities.

In the context of its growth strategy, the Bank intends to recruit a seasoned professional to act as Deputy Director for the Corporate Finance team based in Lisbon.

? Job Description

The selected candidate will play a key role in developing new business and executing mandates by performing the following functions:

• Participate in originating new business opportunities;
• Establish contacts with
  - market corporations, C-suite executives and entrepreneurs;
• Design, review and execute pitchbooks and proposals to potential clients;
• Manage and execute M&A and capital markets mandates, all the while ensuring best practice standards in terms of quality, calendar, client service and compliance;
• Cooperate with the senior management team in the training and development of the Corporate Finance team.
