We are hiring Deputy General Manager (m/f).

The ideal candidate

The Deputy General Manager at The Largo is a key member of our leadership team, working closely with the General Manager to ensure the hotel operates smoothly each day. This role requires a strong knowledge of Food & Beverage operations and overall hotel operational quality. We are seeking someone who is deeply present within the hotel environment—not just managing but engaging and inspiring the team.

The Deputy General Manager will truly embody The Largo, its culture and ethos, and be responsible for the efficient operational delivery of outstanding guest service and experience. This individual will liaise and work collaboratively with hotel counterparts in all departments.

The right candidate understands luxury not as formality, but as care, comfort, and attention to detail. They carry strong operational expertise, a commitment to excellence, and a genuine love for creating memorable guest experiences. Has a strong operational foundation in both F&B and Rooms, exceptional financial understanding.
