Location: Portugal (Lisbon Area)

Salary range: 40, 000 – 55, 000 EUR annually

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Principal to join a dynamic international sixth form college. This role is a unique opportunity to contribute to the leadership of a growing institution that offers a student-centred,
- based approach and prepares students for international university pathways.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Principal in the strategic and operational leadership of the college.
• Overseeing academic quality and ensuring outstanding teaching and learning standards.
• Leading staff development and performance management.
• Building strong relationships with students, parents, and the wider educational community.
• Contributing to growth initiatives and innovation in curriculum and pedagogy.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Proven experience in school or college leadership (e. g. , Deputy Head, Vice Principal, Academic Director).
• A strong track record in teaching and curriculum development (A-Level, IB or equivalent).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• The ability to thrive in an international, innovative, and
