We are seeking a C# Developer professional willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a Hybrid Model (2 x office Lisbon)? ?

We are seeking an experienced C# developer to enhance our UI and build a robust
- side backend capable of handling and processing large datasets efficiently while maintaining a smooth user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Implement new features and optimize existing ones in both frontend (UI) and backend (server-side logic), ensuring high performance with
  - scale data aggregation and display.
• Agile & Automated Testing: Champion agile methodologies, drive automated testing (including UI unit tests), and maintain high code quality through rigorous reviews.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with traders, quants, and global development teams, requiring strong communication and
  - solving skills.
• Ownership & Proactivity: Take full responsibility for projects, propose solutions, and lead implementation. Must be proactive in identifying and resolving blockers, even across teams.
• Support & Maintenance:
• Provide L3 production support and maintain
  - production environments for testing.
• Participate in on-call rotations (weekday evenings for NY coverage, occasional weekend releases).

Technical Requirements:

• 10+ years of. NET/C# development with deep expertise in the Microsoft. NET Framework.
• UI optimization & automated testing (unit tests, performance tuning).
• Proficiency in profiling tools (memory/CPU optimization).
• Business curiosity – willingness to learn and understand the trading domain.

Soft Skills:

• Team player with strong collaboration skills across regions and skill levels.
• Self-driven & autonomous when needed, with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
• Strong communicator – able to analyze requirements, propose solutions, and mentor peers.
• Adaptable learner – quickly picks up new tech and thrives in a
  - paced environment.
• Ownership mindset – takes pride in delivering
  - quality work on time.

Language Requirement:

• Fluent English (written & spoken) – mandatory for global team interaction.
